Complex projects could be defined by the following factors- Size and duration of project- Multiple stakeholders- External data/system dependencies- Build and develop a high functioning team- Ability to successfully delegate responsibilities and tasks to othersSkills, Knowledge and AbilitiesMust have an interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for the internet and web-related technologiesHighly motivated with excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skillsStrong ability to work within deadlinesSignificant, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex solutions throughout the entire LAMP vertical (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP)Experience in .NET (C#, SQL Server), PHP frameworks (Codelgniter), LESS/SASS and JS frameworks such as Angular.jsHighly experienced in programming within the frameworks of and customizing PHP/MySQL based content management systems (WordPress and Drupal) Project experience in the following development methodologies:Application design patternsOOP/object-oriented development approachUse of platform extensions, industry librariesIndustry-related knowledge of browser client developmentHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, jQueryiOS, android and hybrid mobile development architecturesUnderstanding of browser compatibility issues and platform characteristicsAbility to work with interactive requirements—providing external data through multiple means (XML, JavaScript, web services) and guidance on data usageEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
