Department Manager - Plumbing

Our Plumbing Department Manager is responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for product sales and services in an assigned territory. This position is also responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives in making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business with customers (and will individually perform these responsibilities at times); and increasing the level of penetration in his or her existing customer base by recommending and selling complementary First Supply products. The Department Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping, modeling, and sustaining the organizational culture within their area of responsibility. As a bridge between senior leadership and front-line employees, the Department Manager ensures that company values, behaviors, and goals are consistently translated into day-to-day operations.
