We're looking for a Registered Nurse who thrives at night and shines in the evening hours to join our inpatient care team full-time.RiverView Health has an opening for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Hospital-Inpatient Unit (IPU). This position will cover the in-patient unit shifts between 6pm-6am.Direct Patient Care - Develops and implements care plans based on patient condition and medical protocols. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.Documentation and Reporting - Accurately document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).Communication and Collaboration - Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members. Provide patient education on care plans, discharge instructions, and medications.Patient Advocacy and Safety - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.Minimum(s):Current State of Minnesota RN license. Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not currently certified, training will be provided, and certification must be obtained within 4 months of date of hire.Current American Heart ACLS certification is required.
