With locations throughout the country, our Warranty team reports out of our headquarters and provides warranty processing for all locations.WHAT YOU'LL DOPartner with store service teams to review warranty work orders for accuracy and bill appropriate warranty providers.Ensure warranty claims are submitted to manufacturers while complying to specific manufacturer guidelines.Actively monitor claim status to ensure monies are received in a timely manner and identify any outstanding warranty payments.You will manage claim shortages from the manufacturer and provide explanation to leadership on why the claim has been shorted.Assist in obtaining technical documentation and diagrams from manufacturers on how to complete certain warranty repairs when requested from service teams.You will partner with leadership to identify and set production goals around the warranty claims process.Other duties as assigned by management.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh School diploma or equivalent Previous Warranty processing experience with Auto, RV, or powersports preferred but not necessaryMust have strong and proven writing abilities Highly developed verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.Ability to effectively work independently and within a team.PERKSGeneral RV offers the opportunity to build a career, make a difference, and be part of an exciting industry.
