Registered Nurse Part time: Ideally Mon/Wed/Fri 8am-4pm. We believe in providing our new associates with intensive training and long-term career growth opportunities from within.Pay structure: For the 1st 90 days a base hourly rate will be paid (32-40/hr, depending upon experience). After 90 days compensation will be 100% commission. Provide excellent patient care, surgical and cosmetic services to clients. Share product knowledge and professional advice for services and products to achieve their goalsManage and perform client consultations both in person and on the phone for procedures and productsPerform client service functions as necessary including problem resolution and act as a resource for internal and external clients/patientsMaintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data. Comply with all company policies and proceduresPerform clinic procedures according to policy and procedure. Educate clients on medication and effectsDocument patient information into the medical recordAssist in the development and training of support staff to ensure proper support for the service providersAddress client/patient concerns. Follow-up on client/patient problems, complaints and inquiries, with research to assure satisfactory completionSend/receive patient medical records in accordance with Health Insurance. Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal regulationsAttend external events to promote and develop the cosmetic business within the clinicOther duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.Graduate of an accredited RN program.Active RN license1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing environment preferred.
