In this role, you will perform daily testing of raw materials and finished goods, often in a high-volume environment. You will collaborate closely with other lab technicians, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure product quality and support continuous improvement. If you are passionate about quality control and laboratory operations, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform raw material and finished product testsDetermine acceptability of test results and communicate findings to plantsConduct basic maintenance on lab equipmentAnalyze customer complaints and competitor samples; provide reportsPerform equipment calibrationsPrepare raw materials and finished products for testingAssist in developing and writing lab and quality control proceduresMaintain a clean work areaComplete standardized assignments with minimal supervisionPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredWillingness to pursue additional formal training as neededExperience in quality inspection or plastics processing preferredAbility to consistently lift 50 lbsSkills & CompetenciesBasic math and problem-solving skillsGood decision-making abilityTeamwork experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
