Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation, as well as the ability to create robust CAD models.Support the hardware engineering team by designing, analysing, testing, and providing supportof industrial automation systemsPerform R&D to support new product initiativesComplete engineering calculations and maintain development documentationApply DFM principles, generate fabrication drawings, and coordinate with vendorsDevelop build and assembly documentationProvide technical oversight of a small team of engineersEstimate project effort, cost, and timelinesEducation RequiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Robotics EngineeringExperience RequiredExperience leading engineering teamsProficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, and SimulationAbility to create robust CAD modelsStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalSome travel to client sites required - Up to 20%
