Your positive spirit and can-do attitude make you a valuable asset to our team.Schedule: Primarily AM Shifts such as 7a -3p; 8a -4p; 9a -5pAs a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursementAn employee assistance program.Paid time off/sick timeParticipation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.Team member free room night program.Core Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring they meet Outbound Hotels' high standards of cleanliness and comfort.Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely room turnover and guest satisfaction.Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning products and adherence to cleanliness protocols.Provide friendly and attentive service at all times.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms and perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects.Strip beds, remove soiled linen, terry and trash from guestrooms and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.Check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom/closet area, and make beds in the prescribed manner.Vacuum, sweep and mop floors to ensure guest room areas, balconies and hallways are free from debris.Dust furniture/lamps/headboards/pictures/planters/chimney/chimney floor, clean kitchen counters/cabinets/drawers/refrigerators in the prescribed manner.Clean bathroom counters, floors, showers/tub in the prescribed manner.Report any missing/found articles, damage or maintenance problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Education:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: Prior expereince in hotel housekeeping, or similar profession.Skills & Abilities:Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms and perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects.Attention to detail around cleanlinessKnowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniquesA proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and enhancing guest experiences.
