Description Robert Half is partnering with an established PI firm in Glendale looking to bring in an experienced Trial Attorney to join its growing, dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead litigation efforts within a growing firm specializing in personal injury cases. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, focusing on later stages of litigation and trial preparation. u2022 Conduct high-level tasks such as depositions, ensuring thorough examination and fact-finding. u2022 Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. u2022 Represent clients in court appearances and advocate effectively during trials. u2022 Engage in law and motion practice, presenting persuasive arguments before the court. u2022 Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to ensure clarity and progress. u2022 Lead litigation strategies and coordinate with support staff to maintain efficiency. u2022 Provide guidance to the legal team and contribute to the development of the litigation department. u2022 Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic advantage. u2022 Collaborate with the managing attorney to refine processes and achieve firm goals. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for trial experience. u2022 Extensive knowledge and expertise in personal injury law. u2022 Proven ability to handle depositions and other complex litigation tasks. u2022 Licensed attorney with active membership in the relevant state bar. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Strong organizational and time management abilities. u2022 Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of cases. u2022 Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and support the litigation team.
