Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee document management processes and ensure the accuracy and organization of critical records. This role requires a meticulous individual who excels at maintaining control over documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document handling and scanning techniques. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee document control processes to ensure records are accurately maintained and easily accessible. u2022 Implement and maintain systems for efficient document scanning and storage. u2022 Review and verify scanned documents for accuracy and completeness. u2022 Develop and enforce protocols for compiling and organizing documents. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and enhance efficiency. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to document handling. u2022 Troubleshoot issues related to scanning equipment and document storage systems. u2022 Train staff on best practices for document control and scanning procedures. u2022 Monitor and report on document management performance metrics. u2022 Provide recommendations for improving document control processes.
