Minimum qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar. + Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.). + Experience in conducting UX research on consumer mobile or multi-format experiences. + Experience partnering with cross-functional partners (e.g., UX Design, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science), translating research findings into product direction/strategy. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. + Experience with statistics or any other mixed-methods research tools such as survey analysis, logs analysis, etc. + Experience conducting UX research on products, managing projects, and working in a cross-functional organization. + Experience in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact. + Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process. + Ability to adapt quickly, be flexible, organized, resourceful, and to partner and influence.
