Job Description As an IT PC Refresh Support Tech, you will: u00b7 Installation and support of endpoint software u00b7 Deployment of PC equipment and accessories u00b7 Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users. u00b7 Troubleshoot end-user PC, network, printing, and application issues. u00b7 Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues. u00b7 Escalation of issues to appropriate team after troubleshooting and documenting progress in the ITSM tool We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
