Job#: 2087444Job Description:The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery teams responsible for the design, build, deployment and support of Salesforce-related applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic planning, funding, prioritization, resource planning/management and delivery of full-stack technology products and services to the Business Partner(s) and cross-impacted Information Technology delivery partners.u00a0Duties and Responsibilities:u00b7 Direct responsibility for end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodologyo Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality resultso Evaluate delivery plans; identify and proactively reduce and remove roadblocksu00b7 Direct responsibility for resource planning, recruitment and management for the technical team members including Technical Lead, Developer and Quality Assurance roleso Establish delivery execution model which leverages onshore and offshore resourceso Continually align staffing plans to deliverables and budgets; when appropriate, adjust technical team resources to meet upcoming delivery targets and budget modifications.u00b7 Build high performing teams by establishing goals and through regular coaching track progress with these career plans.u00b7 Partner with line of business and IT partners to develop technology strategy for capabilities assigned to delivery teamsu00b7 Partner with delivery peers to coordinate release plans and day-of release activities.Basic Qualifications:u00b7 Bachelor's Degreeu00b7 5-7 years of related experience managing technical teamsu00b7 2+ years of delivery experience focused on the Salesforce platform including one or more of the following: Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services, and Data Cloudsu00b7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting and collaborating with architects, technical leads, developers, analysts, peer delivery leaders, and business staff throughout the organizationu00b7 Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to instruct a high-performing team, work with partners to set and meet business service level agreement levels, and plan and deliver work to expectationsPreferred Qualifications:u00b7 5+ years of experience in large scale, enterprise organizationsu00b7 5+ years of experience executing delivery based on Agile methodology.u00b7 Salesforce Administration certifications preferredu00b7 Experience with modern data architecture and integration approaches, particularly service-oriented and event driven architecture concepts.u00b7 Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platformsu00b7 Experience providing shared services to multiple teamsExperience in Financial Services industry or with financial applicationsu00a0Location: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati (OH), Dallas, TX.
