We work on custom homes, creating personalized designs with the homeowner and builder. This job requires the following: Ability to read a tape measure and cut forms safely Ability to work on ladders safely Ability to work together with others Ability to problem solve and help others understand the forming process Ability to follow directions given by superiors Ability to understand plans or sketches made by the superiors Ability to drive yourself to work- work sites will vary Ability to use saws and hammers Ability to learn how to assemble ICF blocks Ability to learn how to assemble Boardform forms Ability learn the Gates forming systems We strive to create a clean and safe jobsite for every person and contractor onsite.
