Job Description Location: Dallas, TX As the Wire & Cable Manufacturing Manager, youu2019ll lead a high-impact team producing application-specific, multi-core cable and ruggedized assemblies for a variety of industries. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions to customers who depend on us. Youu2019ll oversee a team of both direct and indirect reportsu2014ensuring smooth operations across multiple shifts with occasional weekend work. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions shape safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.
