What Weu2019re Looking For: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). u2022 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including senior management or CFO experience. u2022 Manufacturing or distribution industry experience required. u2022 Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and operational finance. u2022 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
