Job Summary and Responsibilities Position Summary: Participates as a member of the health care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + Current CA Speech Therapy licensure + Current CPR certification + 1 year experience as a speech therapist + Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation + Knowledge of principles concepts diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy + Ability to implement practical application of knowledge + Ability to function independently and autonomously + Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English + Ability to teach and instruct patient family and staff Preferred Qualifications: + 6 months to one year home health experience Where You'll Work St. Elizabeth Community Hospital provides state-of-the-art health care to the North State communities.
