You’ll help job seekers in Northern NJ find new careers by working closely with local companies. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong business relationships with job seekers and companies. Communicate with job seekers and local companies via phone, email, and text. Interview candidates and match them with the right job opportunities. Attend job fairs and actively recruit top talent.
