This role is essential in maintaining and supporting PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) equipment, ensuring smooth operation of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing equipment, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on PCBA, SMT, and THT equipment. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. • Carry out preventive maintenance procedures to extend equipment reliability. • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and compliance with company standards. • Collaborate with production teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications • Previous experience in PCBA maintenance required. • Skilled in both SMT and THT equipment maintenance. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical/electrical systems. • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety standards. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
