A Day in the Life:The Bunge North America Bellevue, Ohio location is looking for a Lead Operator in our Protein Department. Position Details:Hourly Rate: $29.79Night Shift: 4:45p-5:00aThis position works a 12-hour rotating schedule, including holidays & weekends. What You'll Be Doing:Always work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and procedures and provide safety guidance and a good safety example to employees on the crew.Provide safety training or toolbox talks, as needed.Follow a production and loading schedule.Use communication skills and teamwork to provide a smooth transition of the operations from crew to crew.Ability to operate and knowledge of all departmental jobs & processes.Manage all processes under responsibilities to produce, in-specquality products.Perform assigned sanitation to keep the building clean.Cover for other employees on crew who are absent or on vacation.Fill in as the Crew Supervisor as needed and give direction to employees.Write & e-mail daily shift notes to department personnel & Managers.Assist with JHA’s, Work Permits, Standard Work Procedures and other paperwork needed in the departments.Other duties as assigned.
