What You'll Be Doing:Deliver high-impact implementation experiences for new JobNimbus customersGuide customers through the implementation journey from kickoff to completionLead live walkthroughs, product training, and hands-on onboarding sessions tailored to each customerDrive adoption by connecting product features to each customers goals and workflowsTrack implementation progress, manage tasks and pipeline, and ensure timely follow-upsManage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMaintain detailed CRM and implementation pipeline hygieneCollaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term successWhat Makes You the Hero for This Job:Proven success in a customer implementation, account management, or project-based implementation roleStrong communication and presentation skills that adapt to different personalities and technical comfort levelsOrganized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through on tasksAble to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballTechnically curious and comfortable learning software tools (JobNimbus, HubSpot, etc.)Confident in leading customer training sessions and live demosHome Exteriors or contracting industry experience a plus Superpowers:Extreme Ownership.
