Remote Customer Service Support Specialist

We are hiring for skilled Customer Service Support Specialist. You will perform data processing tasks using a basic Microsoft Excel program. Medical insurance data entry experience is highly preferred. To be considered for this position, must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of solid Customer Service experience, focused attention to detail and be self-motivated. Position Details: Full time, contract (Part-time positions available) M-F schedule - days Processes customer data information Maintains and updates all customer data information in all systems High School Diploma Microsoft Excel data entry skills required 2 years of solid Customer Service experience 1 year of Data Entry experience working with insurance is a plus Focused attention to detail Good communication skills Self Motivated US citizen or permanent resident status Successful completion of a background check
