As a Customer Experience Agent, youu2019ll be the first point of contact and the voice of the Client, transforming moments of concern into moments of reassurance. Your empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving skills will help build trust and deliver on our promise to improve every life. What Youu2019ll Do + Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with warmth, accuracy, and urgency. + Navigate complex issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical servicesu2014advocating for members and collaborating across teams. + Deliver compassionate support by actively listening, de-escalating concerns, and personalizing each interaction. + Use internal systems confidently to access member information while maintaining a human-first approach. + Document interactions and share feedback trends to support continuous improvement. + Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements to protect member data. What You Bring + Bilingual fluency in Spanish u2013 essential for serving our diverse member base. + Empathy and emotional intelligence u2013 you understand the importance of every interaction. + Customer service experience u2013 ideally in call center, help desk, or healthcare support environments. + Technical proficiency u2013 comfortable navigating support tools and systems. + Strong communication skills u2013 both verbal and written. Nice to Have + Bacheloru2019s degree u2013 especially if earned while working part-time or completing internships. + Experience supporting members in memory care, hospice, or oncology settings.
