Roofing Foreman

Job Description Armstrong & Aceves is seeking a seasoned Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing projects across Southern California. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and strong organizational skills who thrives in both field and office environments. They're key responsibilities include: u2003u2022 Oversee daily operations of roofing maintenance crews on commercial projects u2003u2022 Perform and supervise leak service calls and routine maintenance u2003u2022 Document site conditions with photos and reports; interpret and act on inspection findings u2003u2022 Coordinate scheduling, client communication, and crew logistics u2003u2022 Maintain weekly reporting to office management u2003u2022 Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship across all job sites u2003u2022 Assist senior leadership with project oversight and crew development We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
