Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Senior Property Accountant.nnDuties Include:n Senior Property Accountant will perform full-cycle accounting including accruals, general ledger entries, reconciliations, month-end close, capital expenditures, and special assessmentsn Reconcile and review large financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and completenessn Assist in financial reviews, particularly for accounts currently classified as low riskn Analyze financial data for completeness, consistency, and standardization across accountsn As a Senior Property Accountant, you will enforce and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the accounting teamn Collaborate with other accountants to set and maintain standards for financial processes and reportingn Support internal audits and compliance initiatives as needed
