CNC Precision Machinist Operator Adecco is now hiring for one of the largest technology companies, and this is your chance to work with them in Ventura County Responsibilities: u00b7 Setting up and operating CNC equipment including but not limited to NC210 (CNC Lathe Single and Dual Spindle and Turret), NC230 (Up to 5 Axes CNC Mill), and OMNI (Gang-tooled CNC turning center, high-speed, precision manufacturing of small to medium-sized parts) machines. u00b7 Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts cutting dies and sources in presses. u00b7 Measures, inspects, and evaluates parts according to detailed specifications; makes necessary adjustments. u00b7 Prepares automatic machinery for welding and thermoplastic operations. u00b7 Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. u00b7 Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance. u00b7 Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently. u00b7 Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks. u00b7 Performs other related duties as assigned. See how we can help you learn the fundamental, leadership, and/or industry-specific skills you need to secure a better future: Requirements: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade school diploma. u00b7 Strong communication and reading skills. u00b7 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment u00b7 Ability to read blueprints, machine and inspect completed parts and related documentation. u00b7 Ability to work independently with tight tolerances (.001 or less) u00b7 Must have math skills to be able to set up the machine. u00b7 Ability to lift/carry/pull/push up to 20lbs. u00b7 Relevant certifications (e.g., CNC Machining Certification) are a plus. Shifts Available: Shifts are available from Monday u2013 Friday, 5:30am u2013 2:00 pm with some overtime.
