Job Posting: Industrial Millwright - Automotive Location - Cambridge Salary: $35 - $40 per hour Schedule: Afternoons: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Overtime opportunities available Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, machinery, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain the physical structure of the facility through repairs and upkeep. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Execute fabrication and machining tasks as required. Assist with rigging responsibilities as needed. Follow instructions from the Maintenance Lead or management team. Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications and Skills: 6+ years of experience in an Industrial Millwright role, preferably in metal stamping. Millwright 433A certification (preferred). 433A Red Seal certification (preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Proficient in reading schematics. Certified in working at heights, forklift, and crane operations. Demonstrates a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
