Job Description

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS CENTRAL SOFTWARE Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments and collections. Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies. Documentation: Prepare and maintain financial documents, including receipts and reports. Assistance: Provide support during audits and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Communication: Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payment and billing inquiries. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
