Description Key Responsibilities u25cf Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates u25cf Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events when appropriate u25cf Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens and interviews. Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers u25cf Collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers u25cf Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and receive the necessary support and resources to be successful u25cf Serve as a point of contact for new hires to address questions or concerns during their onboarding process u25cf Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment and onboarding process to enhance the candidate experience and increase efficiency u25cf Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on recruitment and onboarding activities u25cf Coordinates recruitment efforts including processing recruitment requests from department directors, preparing and distributing job postings, placing advertisements, and maintaining the ATS in Paylocity u25cf Maintains an active relationship with colleges and university career centers and third parties recruiting centers u25cf Provides support to HR Director processing criminal records, background screenings, driver's license check, and educational verification, in a timely manner u25cf Responsible for ensuring employees complete all related conditions of employment u25cf Maintains staffing reports as required to reflect authorized positions, hire and termination dates, and actual work days until vacant position is filled u25cf Prepares monthly or quarterly reports on employment activities Requirements u25cf 2+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment u25cf Must be bilingual in Spanish u25cf Strong organizational and time-management skills u25cf Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities u25cf Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems; including BambooHR, Paylocity, & Paychex u25cf Knowledge of employment laws and regulations u25cf Strong attention to detail and accuracy Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
