Workday Platform Administrator

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Workday Platform Administrator to join their team in Columbus, Ohio. This person will manage, develop, and support our Workday platform to ensure it effectively meets the evolving needs of the organization. This role will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, responsible for platform configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, release management, and user support. Key Responsibilities: u2022u2003Administer and maintain the Workday platform, including configuration, business process updates, security, and system troubleshooting. u2022u2003Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, integrations, and reports in Workday, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards. u2022u2003Document configuration changes, system processes, and user guides for end-users and internal IT knowledgebase. u2022u2003Serve as the second level escalation for Workday issues, working with business users and Workday support to resolve problems efficiently. u2022u2003Monitor and manage Workday releases, performing regression testing and ensuring system updates are applied with minimal disruption to business operations. u2022u2003Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements and implement new functionality to improve operational effectiveness within Workday.
