Position Title: Night Shift Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $30.18/hr. up to $36.70/hr. Category/Shift: Night Shift Hourly Full-Time (7:30pm u2013 7:30am) Rotation pattern is as follows: Week 1 Mon/Tue, Sat/Sun Week 2 Wed/Thu/Fri shift coverage as needed including nights, weekends and possible holidays Physical Location: Indianapolis Preprint 7536 Miles Drive Indianapolis, IN 46231 The Job You Will Perform: u2022 Follow all safety rules and practices, working safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to management immediately u2022 Perform maintenance functions making repairs such as but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor. u2022 Troubleshoot and perform maintenance duties such as but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, repairs u2022 Basic HVAC knowledge u2022 Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment u2022 Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting u2022 Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner u2022 Support installation of new equipment and facilities improvements u2022 Maintain compliance with company quality systems and support audits u2022 This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions as needed such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
