Test Engineer

DTSI is seeking a highly qualified Test Engineer to design and implement software test procedures used to validate software operations against a statement of requirements as directed by a DOD customer.Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct rapid testing and deployment of System Support Services using distributed testing environments- Designs, implements and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met- Develops, maintains and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products- Write, implement and report status for system test cases for testing based on system design specifications- Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports- Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications- Ensures documentation is updated based on the new user requirements- Evaluates, recommends and implements automated test tools and strategies- Must be able to successfully design, document and execute test plans and test case- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor- Maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequirements- 2+ years software development- 4+ years' experience with common programming and scripting languages such as Microsoft .NET Framework, JavaScript, Oracle- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent years of experience- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance- DoD 8140.03, IA Technician Level II certification (Security+)Inclusion and DiversityDTSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
