About the RoleIn this new role, you will provide direct input to the vision and strategy of the Procurement Center of Excellence and be responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives. This role will support driving the function forward & supporting Gap Inc’s NextGen Procurement transformation. This role will engage and establish strategic partnerships with leadership in varied functions to collaborate and proactively drive procurement influence and processes. The focus of the Sr. Manager will be to enable continuous advancement of the procurement function at Gap Inc.What Youll DoEstablish and maintain effective business partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure engagement and adoption of technology and compliance to processes & policyDefine the data cleansing process for spend analytics and maintain up to date analytics tools and capabilitiesDrive continuous development and monitoring of the procurement balanced scorecardLead and deliver multiple implementations on the procurement technology roadmapIdentify Ai use cases and build business justification for ROI and valueOversee the end-to-end procurement process with a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to streamline for efficiency gainsChampion change initiatives within the procurement function to promote adoption of new tools, processes and methodologiesWho You AreProven leadership experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Consulting, with a track record of driving results in a Center of Excellence (COE) environmentExperience leading Procurement transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies with a matrix organizationPrior experience implementing S2P system solutions requiredStrong project management skills, well organized and forward thinkingStrong presentation skills, building content and shaping narrative for various levels of managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSix Sigma, PMP or similar certification preferredFully on-site position, M-FBenefits at Gap Inc.
