Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

Position Overview:We are looking to welcome a dedicated Associate Attorney to our Workers' Compensation Defense team. This fully remote position is available to candidates located anywhere in Florida. You will be entrusted with your own caseload and will collaborate closely with a seasoned Partner to craft litigation strategies and deliver top-tier service to clients.This role offers a chance to refine your legal skills, build your expertise, and make a significant contribution to a well-established team. Strong writing skills and prior experience reviewing medical records are highly valued.
