To support our managed practices to provide excellent vision care to patients, treating the whole person with genuine empathy and kindness. We support skilled eye care practitioners in implementing the latest operational and surgical advancements and techniques. Our priority is to enable providers to do what they do best: improve each patient’s life through supportive vision care.What You Will Do: Establishes and maintains an environment that promotes and supports professional practice.Determines that approved standards of patient care and nursing practice are utilized in all areas providing nursing care.Nursing and medical team operational processServes as a role model in leadership abilities, applications of principles of teaching, management, and effective communication.Ongoing Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement ProcessWhat You Will Bring: Graduate of an accredited school of nursingPossess a valid Registered Nurse licenseDemonstrates clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursingEquivalent of two (2) years clinical expertise in OR, Critical Care, or ambulatory care nursing.One (1) year of supervisory level experience.Current BLS certification.Participation in continuing educationParticipation in professional nursing societies related to ambulatory careCertification in the field of OR Nursing desired.$48.00 - $52.00 an hourPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO).
