We are looking for an upbeat and energetic professional installer who is able to deliver top notch service on every installation and/or repair of custom interior window treatments.Daily Responsibilities:Punch inCheck voicemails and text messages and follow back upCheck emails and respond appropriatelyReview Calendar for appointmentsGrab folders from your bin for your jobs, review them carefullyLoad your jobs carefully protecting the productCall your appts to let them know your time of arrivalIntroduce yourself to the customer, prepare and protect the homeBring product into home carefully and wear your bootiesClean up work areaDemonstrate the product to the customer and ensures customer understands how to properly use the productGet signature from customer and process final paymentIf an issue with the job, please reach out to the rep, do not discuss with the customer other optionsFill out repair form if applicableIf measuring any openings, please use a measure sheetPut folder in respected binsSpeak with reps about their installsRestock supplies when neededBldout, all hinges styles and finishes we use, hinges pins for hinges we use, push pins, spring pins, screws of all styles and finishes, magnets, caulking, putting sticks, rags, cleaner, blankets, cardboard, bootiesClean out vehicleMake sure vehicle is lockedLet office know when vehicle needs to be servicePunch outRequired Skills:Must have Finish Carpentry skillsMust be able to work with power tools (drills, saws, etc.)Must be able to accurately read a tape measureMust have basic math skillsMust be able to go up and down ladders - no fear of heights and physically able to accomplish this requirementMust be able to lift up to 50lbs over head easily on ladderMust be able to use tablet and/or computerMust be able to sit for 2-3 hours while drivingMust enjoy drivingMust be able to work both independently and in a team environmentMust be ambitious, motivated, organized and thoroughSets and achieves goalsMust demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all timesMust be reliable, punctual, and dependableMust be proficient and have effective verbal and written skillsMust be able and willing to learn new skillsMust be able and willing to problem solveMust be able to pass background check and have clean driving recordMust follow all safety precautions when in the shop, office, customers home and when operating company vehicleValid Driver's License Required
