This role offers the potential to advance to a supervisor position, with opportunities to lead initiatives, support team development, and help shape client service standards. 1 year of veterinary client service experience is preferred but not required. The CSR is the client's first contact when calling or visiting the practice and, as such, represents the hospital's professional image to callers and visitors. The best candidate must possess: Strong organizational skillsExcellent telephone and in-person communication skillsThe ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Compassion for our clients and their fur family and understand the stress that they endure.CSRs are responsible for greeting clients, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases, scheduling appointments, entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer, generating invoices and explaining them to clients, processing payments; and managing medical records.
