A fun and active family is seeking a fantastic family assistant to help with their home and three daughters, ages 9 (twins) and 13. The weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed. The standard working hours are 11am-7pm, but candidates must be flexible for changes, particularly during sports seasons when games run later, or during school breaks. The family enjoys open communication and team work to keep the home running smoothly. This position can be five-day live-in or live-out- the live-in accommodations are a separate space with kitchen, and the family is looking for someone who has their own home to return to on weekends.Manage household schedules, appointments, and travel logisticsMaintain household spreadsheets for upkeep, repairs, and maintenanceKeep task lists for both interior and exterior household needsRun errands and keep household/kitchen supplies stockedTrack expenses, manage returns, and organize receiptsSupport occasional event/party planningHelp coordinate family activities, holidays, and travel plansOrganize household projects and assist with gift wrappingProvide occasional pet care and pet sittingHomework oversight and academic supportShopping for and organizing children’s clothingPlanning and supervising engaging activities and outingsPreparing healthy snacks and encouraging follow-through on choresOccasional overnight stays when parents are travelingTech-savvy and comfortable with shared calendars and spreadsheetsExcellent team player- the family employs a house manager and several housekeepers, and teamwork is essentialProactive and organized- this person should be able to see what needs to be done in the home, and complete tasks independentlyCaring and warm with childrenPositive, with a sunny dispositionUS work authorizationDriver's license- a car will be provided for work useComfortable working around and with a small dogStrong swimmer- there is a pool on the property$40/hr., 40 hours guaranteed (approximately $85-90k annually)PTOHealth insurance
