Sanctuary Hospice is thrilled to announce our expansion into the Naperville market with the opening of a new location! With nine successful locations across Illinois and Ohio, we are excited to bring our mission-driven, patient-centered care to the Naperville community.We are seeking a Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW) to deliver exceptional social work services to our hospice patients and their families. You'll provide counseling and guidance to support their emotional well-being and coping capacity. In addition, you will take charge of building our volunteer program - recruiting, training, retaining, and supervising volunteers, ensuring that our volunteer operations comply with company, state, and federal regulations.Who we are:At Sanctuary, we take immense pride in being a premier provider of end-of-life care. Hospice exp a PLUS!Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.$40.00 - $43.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
