Mental Health Professional

The Mental Health Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mental health and behavioral management of campers and staff. The Mental Health Professional role is a safety sensitive position.This job announcement is not intended to be inclusive of all functions, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, however, representative of the essential job functions and typical criteria considered necessary to successfully perform the position.Assist camper with any mental health and behavioral issues that arise as well as check-in and follow up with campers.Develop camper behavioral plans as needed.Collaborate with Parent Liaison as needed. Lead mental health professional development for staff.Assist staff with alleviating burn out.Be able to create new mental health initiatives for staff and campers.
