Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Crane Operators for a project located in Strasburg, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $75.81/hour. If you are an Crane Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Operate the 35-ton truck crane to boom hoist and set steel components per lift plans and directions from rigging or iron-workingcrewReview lift plans and verify load weights radii and rigging configurations before performing liftsCoordinate with riggers and signal persons to ensure safe and precise material placementMaintain clear communication with ground personnel using standard hand signals and/or radio communicationHelp the concrete crew with pours form setup or material handlingGeneral labor or equipment support tasks as assigned by site supervisionAssisting with material staging or job-site organization to maintain efficient work-flowQualificationsWorking knowledge of load charts rigging techniques and hand signalsRequirements:Vaild PA State Crane LicenseMust have a valid NCCCO or equivalent Crane Operator Certification for hydraulic truck cranesMust have a current DOT medical card and valid drivers license CDL preferredMust have a minimum 3 years of crane operating experience preferably with steel erection or structural work.Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
