Service Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be the primary point of contact for our medium and heavy-duty coach, truck, and bus customers seeking repair services. Salary Range: $65,000 - 95,000 annuallyCommunicate job status, description, and cost to customers; send repair estimates for approval.Secure payment for repairs per company policy.Assist Service Manager with Technician job assignments and oversee progress to completion.Ensure Technicians have necessary parts and supplies to complete job assignment.Ensure service performed is appropriate and in compliance with company safety and standard operating procedures.Maintain quality control throughout the process.Create final customer invoice with complete explanation and charges for work performed, and review invoice with customer.Good customer service, communication, telephone and organization skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, driven individual who can work independentlyAbility to effectively build relationships with customers and coworkersStrong attention to detail, ability to multitask in fast paced environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to read and interpret technician writeups and summarize in a grammatically correct format.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or GEDExperience in the heavy-duty truck service industry preferred but not required.
