EMCOR Governement Services has an opportunity for a General Maintenance Worker in Herndon, VA. The General Mainteance Worker (GMW) will assist in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in Central Utility Plant and Dulles Discovery buildings. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***Assist with the maintenance of site equipment and building structure.Assist with the maintenance and repairs of the building air systems on the site.Perform daily a Light Bulb TourInstitute the corrective action and/or inform his supervisMonitor Subcontractors in their task.
