In this position, you will keep the building and property in a clean and orderly condition. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: u2022 Performs routine custodial duties to include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets. u2022 Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies. u2022 Maintains building free from indoor pests. u2022 Empties trash receptacles disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters. u2022 Maintains outer premises by cleaning entrances and outside areas. u2022 Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces. u2022 Washing windows. u2022 Identify and perform minor repairs. u2022 Painting, as needed. u2022 Maintains inventory of cleaning agents and equipment. u2022 Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff. u2022 Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition. u2022 Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor and or manager. Required Qualifications u2022 Ability to walk, stand, pull, climbing, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time. u2022 Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. u2022 Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. u2022 Must be able to work a flexible schedule or overtime as required, to include shift rotation. u2022 Ability to work safely in and around machinery. u2022 Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs. u2022 Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment. u2022 Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service. u2022 Ability to act competently in emergencies. Preferred Qualifications Previous related experience Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $28.84 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
