BI Engineer

BI Engineer Location: Westlake, TX Hybrid u2013 50% onsite MUST HAVE: Power BI, Snowflake, SQL. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with enterprise standards + Build optimized Snowflake/star-schema/tabular data models + Write high-performance SQL for transformations & reporting + Collaborate on ETL/ELT with data engineering teams + Implement version control (Git), data security (RLS), and automation + Translating business needs into scalable BI solutions Required Experience: + 5+ years in BI/Data Analytics roles + Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, tabular modeling) + Strong SQL skills with performance tuning + Experience with Snowflake DW and semantic layer design + CI/CD for BI assets, analytics best practices, stakeholder engagementManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
