Manage more than one functional area in Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection; be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee training, performance assessment, recognition and disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and/or specifications, and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of product quality u2022 Experience using manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and/or quality engineering practices u2022 Experience in developing and/or interpreting quality data and QA/Test and Inspection Experienced Professional Desired Skills: u2022 Demonstrated ability to use processes related to labs/testing techniques, corrective action/problem solving skills u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision u2022 Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions u2022 Demonstrated excellent teaming skills u2013 must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi organizational environment. u2022 Union environment experience u2022 Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education u2022 Experienced user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM. u2022 Experience in Microsoft office applications Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
