Director of Ecommerce

Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Ecommerce to oversee the configuration, optimization, and performance of our online store. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze sales performance, collaborate with marketing teams, and implement solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure and manage all aspects of the ecommerce platform, including new offers, marketing promotions, campaigns, and site updates, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. u2022 Utilize Shopify themes to efficiently execute configurations for offers, landing pages, and site updates. u2022 Collaborate with third-party development teams to implement and maintain website features and functionalities. u2022 Partner with marketing teams to evaluate ideas, identify suitable third-party solutions, and contribute to strategic discussions. u2022 Optimize purchase flows to enhance cart value and improve conversion rates, driving overall sales growth. u2022 Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improving sales performance and implement data-driven recommendations. u2022 Suggest and execute merchandising strategies to boost website performance from a business perspective. u2022 Ensure quality assurance testing is completed before pushing updates live to maintain website reliability and performance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in ecommerce management or a related field. u2022 Strong expertise in Shopify, including theme customization and configuration (Recharge experience is a huge plus) u2022 Proven ability to manage and optimize direct marketing campaigns and landing pages. u2022 Demonstrated experience in analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to improve conversions. u2022 Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party developers. u2022 Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions. u2022 Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and online merchandising strategies. u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
