Reconciliations Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Reconciliations Accounting Manager to join our team in Dublin, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee reconciliation processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting systems and financial oversight, particularly within the credit union industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee daily reconciliation processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions. u2022 Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions using tools like BlackLine and Concur. u2022 Perform audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the use of accounting software systems and ERP solutions. u2022 Supervise and guide the preparation of financial reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards. u2022 Lead efforts to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows and processes. u2022 Support the integration and utilization of ADP and other financial services tools. u2022 Monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory and organizational policies in all accounting operations. u2022 Provide oversight and troubleshooting for complex accounting issues. u2022 Train and mentor team members to strengthen overall accounting capabilities. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in managing reconciliation processes and accounting functions. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur. u2022 Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in financial operations. u2022 Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing workflows. u2022 Expertise in auditing and implementing corrective financial measures. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate financial insights effectively. u2022 Experience with ADP and other financial services tools. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
