In this role, you will drive long-range capacity planning and Supply assurance across all product verticals. YOu will be driving alignment across Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) supply chain functions and within Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) teams for Google and Contract Manufacturer (CM) investment decisions, capacity and CM capability development to intersect NPI roadmaps, ramp and product readiness. Responsibilities + Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications. + Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide. + Drive long-range capacity planning and supply assurance processes for GMO across all product verticals to ensure supportability for Cloudu2019s future demand growth and technical infrastructure product roadmap. + Manage capacity and investment decisions (power, space, cooling, capability, equipment etc.) by driving alignment within the organization across multiple strategic roadmaps (e.g., NPI product roadmap, CM strategy, product multi-sourcing, CM capability development). + Coordinate across other supply chain teams to align CM capability development and investment decisions to intersect product ramp and readiness schedule.
