Position Type : Four-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer Schedule : Monday u2013 Friday, 9am u2013 6pm Pay : $21.00 per hour Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative : u00b7 Maintain an average of 60+ outbound calls daily u00b7 Monitor and maintain the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems in all work queues u00b7 Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information u00b7 Scheduling radiology appointments and procedures in an organized and efficient manner, u00b7 Provide effective communication to patient to ensure understanding u00b7 Comply with administrative policies to ensure quality of care u00b7 All employees are expected to keep abreast on current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements Qualifications of the Community Outreach Representative : u00b7 High School Diploma u00b7 Healthcare experience u00b7 Outbound call center experience u00b7 Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred Why work for Adecco? u2022 Weekly Pay u2022 401(k) Plan u2022 Skills Training u2022 Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits IMPORTANT: This Community Outreach Representative job is being recruited for by Adeccou2019s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
